Nquiry offers a trial period and paid subscription plans. This document covers pricing, quotas, usage tracking, and subscription management.

Quota Behavior
Trial:
- 15 generations total (entire trial)
- Does not reset
- Soft cap (warnings, not hard block)
Professional:
- 100 generations per billing month
- Resets on billing date
- Soft cap (overage tracked, not blocked)
Monitoring Usage
View in Settings → Billing:
- Current period usage
- Remaining generations
- Usage history chart
Storage Quota
What Counts
Storage used includes:
- Evidence file attachments
- Background documents
- Framework documents
- Exported reports
What Doesn't Count
- Text content in database
- Analysis results
- Project metadata
Monitoring Storage
View in Settings → Billing:
- Current storage used
- Storage limit
- Breakdown by type (coming soon)
Subscription Management
Starting a Subscription
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Upgrade to Pro"
- Choose monthly or annual
- Complete Stripe checkout
- Access granted immediately
Changing Plans
- Switch monthly ↔ annual anytime
- Pro-rated credits applied
- Changes effective immediately
Canceling
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Cancel in Stripe portal
- Access continues until period end
Payment Methods
Accepted via Stripe:
- Credit/debit cards
- Some regional payment methods
- Invoice billing (Enterprise only)
Billing Portal
Access the Stripe billing portal for:
- Update payment method
- View invoices
- Download receipts
- Update billing email
- Cancel subscription
Access via Settings → Billing → "Manage Billing"
Team Billing
Organization Billing
- Billing is per organization
- All members share quotas
- Only Owner manages billing
- One subscription per organization
Inviting Members
- Trial: Cannot invite (single user)
- Professional: Unlimited members
- No per-seat charges
Trial to Paid
During Trial
You can:
- Upgrade anytime
- Get full access immediately
- Keep all data and work
Trial Expiration
When trial ends:
- Read-only access to existing data
- Cannot create new content
- Cannot generate AI analysis
- Data retained (not deleted)
Converting
To continue after trial:
- Subscribe to Professional plan
- Full access restored immediately
- All data preserved

FAQ
Can I try before buying?
Yes, the 14-day trial includes full features with limited quotas.
What happens if I exceed quotas?
Quotas are "soft caps" - you'll see warnings but won't be blocked. Significant overages may trigger account review.
Can I get a refund?
Contact support within 7 days of charge for refund consideration.
Is annual billing available?
Annual billing options may be available. Check Settings → Billing for current plan options.
Can I pause my subscription?
Not currently. Cancel and resubscribe when ready.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Data retained for 30 days after subscription ends. Download via project export before then.
Do you offer non-profit discounts?
Contact support to discuss. Government rates available.
